Share Valuations

Share valuations involve the assessment of a company or other entities value and these can be done for the purposes of:

• Establishing a value range at which to market the business for sale.
• Matrimonial divisions of property
• Introduction of new shareholders to acquire a share of the business

Our experience in providing these valuations has been acquired over a substantial period and valuations are normally proceeded by a formal quotation and letter of engagement to confirm the terms of the work to be undertaken and the timetable for completing the assignment.
