John Naylor

 John was a partner in PricewaterhouseCoopers and Coopers & Lybrand for 20 years before the formation of Naylor Lawrence & Associates.
Educated at Palmerston North Boys High School and Victoria University of Wellington, John graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration in 1972, and worked in Wellington before heading overseas in 1975. After doing auditing work in Perth, Western Australia, Capetown and Johannesburg, he returned to New Zealand and commerce work for Coopers & Lybrand in Feilding in 1978, moving to Palmerston North in 1990.
John specializes in accounting and business advisory work, and has a strong interest in rural accounting.
John was a founding trustee of Vision Manawatu Inc., and has been a past committee member and chairperson of the Manawatu Branch of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants. He currently sits on the Professional Conduct Committee of the Institute.

Michael Lawrence

 Michael joined Naylor Lawrence predecessor firm in 1978 having been educated at Palmerston North Boys High School. His business experience covers a wide range of financial and taxation advice, including personal investment advice.
He is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants (NZICA) and the Institute of Financial Advisors (IFA) and is bound by the ethical standards of both these organisations.

Linda Gray

 Linda Gray joined Naylor Lawrence & Associates ( & its predecessors firms) in 1988.
Her business experience covers a wide range of industries covering all aspects of financial advisory services including taxation and business planning and she has special interest in business growth. Her experience has included managing the audit division of PricewaterhouseCoopers (NLA’s predecessor). This involved financial system & internal audit reviews.
Linda has been involved in both local & national boards & committees including; - UCOL business advisory panel. - NZ Institute of Chartered Accountants where she is past president of the Manawatu Branch. She is currently a member of the Publications Committee & sits on the Practice Review Board. - Member of the Community and Public Health Advisory Committee for the Mid Central Health Board. - Chartered Secretaries of NZ board member.
Linda was named Young Chartered Accountant of the Year by the NZ Institute of Chartered Accountants (NZICA)
